BullBear Labs IS STRICTLY NOT AN INVESTMENT ADVISORY SERVICE.

All market data, AI-backed analyses, stock screeners, sentiment analyses, news, and notifications provided within the app are FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

None of the presented content constitutes trading advice. Trading in financial markets involves high risk, and you may lose your entire capital. It is recommended that you consult an independent and licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

2. Service Description

BullBear Labs is a mobile application providing AI-powered market analysis tools, stock screening engines, portfolio tracking systems, opportunity agent notifications, and market news. The app operates with free and premium (paid) subscription tiers.

3. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Accuracy

BullBear Labs utilizes various large language models (LLMs) and AI agents (Gemini, Vertex AI, etc.) for its analysis. AI systems can be fallible, produce incorrect results (hallucinations), or present delayed data. Our company makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, precision, or timeliness of the data within the app and cannot be held liable for any resulting financial or moral damages.

4. User Obligations and Restrictions

By using the application, you agree to comply with the following rules:

• Interfering with the app's operation or abusing its APIs (reverse engineering, botting, scraping) is prohibited.
• Creating fake accounts or engaging in deceptive actions within the system is prohibited.
• Engaging in behavior contrary to the law or Google Play rules is prohibited.
• Copying, distributing, or commercially using app content without permission is prohibited.

BullBear Labs reserves the right to suspend or permanently close (ban) the accounts of users who violate the terms of use without prior notice.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for the security of your account access credentials. If you notice unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify us at bullbearlabs@gmail.com.

6. Subscriptions, Credit Packs and Payments

Premium subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and credit packs can be bought in two ways:

• Google Play: In the Android app, through Google Play Billing. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.
• Telegram Stars: In our Telegram bot and Mini App. Time bought with Stars is a one-off purchase and does not renew on its own; when it ends, you can buy again if you wish.

• Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a free trial. On Google Play, billing starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel.
• Cancellation: You can cancel a Google Play subscription in Google Play > Subscriptions at least 24 hours before your next renewal date. After cancelling, you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Telegram Stars purchases do not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.
• Refunds: For Google Play payments, ordinary refund requests follow Google Play's refund policy. BullBear Labs can also start a refund itself when needed (for example, if a fault on our side kept you from using the service); Google Play lets us refund in full or partially, based on the time left. For Telegram Stars payments, send your refund request to bullbearlabs@gmail.com. An approved refund goes back to your Telegram account as Stars, for the full amount of the payment (Telegram does not allow partial Stars refunds).

7. If We Shut Down the Service

If we ever have to shut BullBear Labs down for good, we commit to the following:

• Advance notice: We will announce it in the app at least 30 days before the shutdown date, and also message you by email or on Telegram.
• Sales and renewals stop: From the day of the announcement, no new subscriptions or credit packs are sold and Google Play subscriptions no longer renew. You keep using what you paid for until the shutdown date.
• Refund of unused time: We pay back the subscription time you paid for but cannot use because of the shutdown, in proportion to the days left, through the same payment method you used. You do not need to ask. Example: if 3 months of your yearly plan are left, you get back about a quarter of what you paid.
• Unused credits: We also pay back credits you bought but have not used, in the same way.
• Telegram Stars payments: Telegram only lets us refund a Stars payment in full, not in part. So we refund in full, as Stars, any Stars payment that still has unused time or credits. If Telegram no longer allows a refund for an older payment, we will contact you to pay back the remaining amount another way.
• Not refunded: Free time and credits that were gifted, given as a trial, or earned through campaigns or rewards are not refunded, because no payment was made for them.
• Your data: Until the shutdown date, we will give you a way to download your data, such as your portfolio and watchlist. After the shutdown, we delete your personal data in line with KVKK (Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law); we keep only the records the law requires us to keep (such as payment records), and only for the legally required period.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights regarding the software, algorithms, UI design, logos, brand names, and AI analysis formats within BullBear Labs are reserved. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BullBear Labs shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from:

• Investment decisions made based on AI analyses.
• Delays, interruptions, or inaccuracies in app data.
• Disruptions caused by third-party service providers (Google, data sources, etc.).
• Damages resulting from the user's failure to keep their account credentials secure.

10. Modifications

BullBear Labs reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Important changes will be announced via in-app notifications and published on this page. Your continued use of the app after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts of the Republic of Turkey shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
