2. Service Description

BullBearLabs is a mobile application providing AI-powered market analysis tools, stock screening engines, portfolio tracking systems, opportunity agent notifications, and market news. The app operates with free and premium (paid) subscription tiers.

3. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Accuracy

BullBearLabs utilizes various large language models (LLMs) and AI agents (Gemini, Vertex AI, etc.) for its analysis. AI systems can be fallible, produce incorrect results (hallucinations), or present delayed data. Our company makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, precision, or timeliness of the data within the app and cannot be held liable for any resulting financial or moral damages.

4. User Obligations and Restrictions

By using the application, you agree to comply with the following rules:

• Interfering with the app's operation or abusing its APIs (reverse engineering, botting, scraping) is prohibited.
• Creating fake accounts or engaging in deceptive actions within the system is prohibited.
• Engaging in behavior contrary to the law or Google Play rules is prohibited.
• Copying, distributing, or commercially using app content without permission is prohibited.

BullBearLabs reserves the right to suspend or permanently close (ban) the accounts of users who violate the terms of use without prior notice.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for the security of your account access credentials. If you notice unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify us at bullbearlabs@gmail.com.

6. Subscriptions and Pricing

In-app purchases (Premium subscriptions) are processed via the Google Play Billing system.

• Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a free trial period. Automatic billing begins after the trial period ends.
• Cancellation: You must cancel your subscription via the Google Play Subscriptions tab at least 24 hours before your next renewal date.
• Refunds: Refund processes are subject to Google Play's standard refund policies. BullBearLabs cannot process refunds directly.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights regarding the software, algorithms, UI design, logos, brand names, and AI analysis formats within BullBearLabs are reserved. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BullBearLabs shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from:

• Investment decisions made based on AI analyses.
• Delays, interruptions, or inaccuracies in app data.
• Disruptions caused by third-party service providers (Google, data sources, etc.).
• Damages resulting from the user's failure to keep their account credentials secure.

9. Modifications

BullBearLabs reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Important changes will be announced via in-app notifications and published on this page. Your continued use of the app after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts of the Republic of Turkey shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
